When we began this project, Dentalink’s website had technical and communication issues that hindered its effectiveness in reaching and connecting with potential costumers. As a leader in management software for dental clinics in Latin America, it was crucial to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates, aligning the website with their marketing strategy focused on understanding the needs of their buyer personas. They needed a digital showcase that offered a customised and scalable solution for local markets like Colombia, Chile, and Mexico.
The key to this project was a complete website redesign, integrating scalable technological improvements and experimentation methodologies. This approach went beyond the generic solutions they had previously worked with and ensured that the new site reflected their market leadership position.
